OVERVIEW Welcome to The Sanity Annex. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Sanity Annex. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. As our products are custom-printed specifically for your requisition via Print-on-Demand, slight variations in placement or color may occur due to device settings. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS Your order is not accepted until The Sanity Annex confirms acceptance via email. Because all items are custom-printed to order, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has moved into the production phase. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via major credit cards and digital wallets as displayed at checkout. There are no hidden charges or surcharges added to your order beyond the total shown at checkout. International orders do not include local customs or import charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY All delivery times provided are estimates. As products are printed to order, please account for the 3-5 business day production window before dispatch. Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Detailed shipping information is available in our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Sanity Annex and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or sell any portion of the Service without express written permission.
SECTION 7 - PRIVACY POLICY Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
