The Sanity Annex: Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Cut-off

- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.

- Production Lead Times: At The Sanity Annex, we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed items. Every asset is printed specifically for you once a requisition is placed.

- Handling Time: Please allow 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) for your item to be printed and quality-checked before it is deployed for shipping.

Shipping Costs We believe in transparent pricing. All orders to the United States and the United Kingdom ship for FREE ($0.00). (Note: We currently only ship to the US and UK. We are not accepting orders from other international destinations at this time.)

Transit Times (Estimates) Because all items are custom-printed upon requisition, please allow for the following total delivery times (Handling Time + Transit Time):

• United States: 5–15 Business Days

• United Kingdom: 10–30 Business Days

Tracking & Address Accuracy

- Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email the moment the asset leaves our facility.

- Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct address. If an item is returned due to an insufficient address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Import Duties & Customs

International orders (including the US) may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact requisitions@thesanityannex.com within 30 days of receipt with a photo of the damage so we can deploy a replacement.
